All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Big School Kids currently accept payments via Paypal. Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be dispatched.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Order processing begins immediately after your payment has cleared. Our aim is to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products and endeavour to ensure all our products are in stock. Therefore delivery of items is subject to availability, and Big School Kids may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide the products ordered. Big School Kids cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day, to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Discount Code must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Coupons are not valid on sale items, (unless otherwise specified). Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your coupon has been applied. Code cannot be applied once an order confirmation has been confirmed.
Standard postage is a $9.95 flat fee per order within Australia and includes tracking. Big School Kids offer free shipping for purchases over $99. We use a combination of Australia Post and other courier services to deliver our parcels. Please allow 4-14 business days for your parcel to reach your destination, delivery time will be dependent on the Australia Post/Courier network. We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-2 business days after payment in full has cleared, however this could take up to longer during peak season and sales period. Delivery does not include insurance so please let us know if you need one and we can discuss options and costs prior to despatch. You will be notified via email once your order has been despatched, detailing your consignment number and carrier. Please ensure you track your order for updates.
If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to collect or other reasons, a redelivery fee of $11.95 is payable prior to re-ship. If we do not receive any response, you will be refunded the original purchase price excluding the postage costs.

No refunds or exchange on items that are purchased while on sale, so please choose carefully when purchasing. This includes promotional deals where a discounted or free item is given.
We offer refunds on full priced items only if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items will only be refunded if they are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to return an item, please first send us an email at email@example.com. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Please make sure that returns are packaged securely and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. Please note we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resalable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Big School Kids appreciates your purchase and aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us within 2 days should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Big School Kids will only offer an exchange or refund if the goods are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, proof of purchase to our satisfaction is provided, and upon assessment the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault. We will not offer an exchange or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by incorrect use and caring for the item. We kindly ask that you take a photograph of the damaged item and email this to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assess the fault prior to the item being returned.
